COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied Motion STAC6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Atlas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Auto.direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Autonics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas such as the PF4002CHW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E7T6C manufactured by Auto.direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Auto.direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A200KM599G10 by Manufacturer Autonics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aucom Brand EMX3700B7C1H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asm such as 286649801 equipment made by Asm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G104VN01 made by Auo as well as the popular M190EG02 original spares produced by Auo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SB12DTG10A21 by Asco and 286649801 spares by Asm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A2SBM0242P1500G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ashcroft. |
